2. Assumption of Risk

Guests understand and accept that participation in yacht trips and marine activities may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Sea and weather conditions
  • Movement of the yacht while sailing or anchored
  • Slippery surfaces and boarding areas
  • Injury, accident, illness, or discomfort during the trip
  • Unexpected delays, route changes, or trip interruptions بسبب weather or operational reasons

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lulis, its owners, staff, crew, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
  • Personal injury, illness, discomfort, or accident arising during the trip
  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
  • Delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by weather, sea conditions, technical issues, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control
  • Any action taken to protect the safety of passengers, crew, or the vessel

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of themselves, their companions, and their personal property at all times.

4. Weather, Safety, and Operational Decisions

All trips are subject to weather conditions, sea safety, and operational approval. Lulis reserves the right to delay, reschedule, modify, or cancel any booking if necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Such decisions are made at our sole discretion in the interest of passengers, crew, and vessel safety.

5. Guest Responsibility

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You and your guests will comply with all instructions given by the captain or crew
  • You and your guests will behave responsibly and respectfully onboard
  • You will not engage in any unlawful, dangerous, or reckless conduct
  • You understand that failure to follow safety instructions may result in the trip being terminated without liability on Lulis

6. Health and Medical Fitness

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel and participate in the charter. If you or any member of your group has a medical condition, mobility concern, pregnancy, or any other special requirement, it is your responsibility to inform us in advance. Lulis shall not be responsible for any health-related issue arising from undisclosed conditions.

7. Personal Belongings

All personal items brought onboard are at the guest’s own risk. Lulis is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of cash, jewelry, phones, cameras, documents, luggage, or any other personal belongings.

8. Third-Party Services

Where any third-party services are involved, including catering, entertainment, transportation, or external activity providers, Lulis shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, service quality, delays, or failures of such third parties.

9. No Guarantee

While we strive to deliver a premium and enjoyable yacht charter experience, Lulis does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or unaffected by circumstances beyond our control.
